Returns and Exchanges
David Dunleavy Apparel wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to return an item, we will gladly exchange or credit any item that has not been washed or worn and is in new and unused condition with original tags and identification stickers. Returned items that have been washed or worn are NOT eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Hassle free exchanges available. Ordered the wrong size or need to size up or down? No worries, send us an email at sales@dunleavyapparel.com with your order number and requested size change. We will gladly exchange any item that is has not been washed or worn and is in new and unused condition with original tags and identification stickers. Exchanges available within 30 days of your invoice date.
Exchanges:
Step 1: Email us at sales@dunleavyapparel.com with following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you‘d like to exchange;
- Reasons for each exchange item (for quality issue please attach pictures);
- New item link/color/size for exchange.
Step 2: Get authorization and return USPS (United States Post Office) shipping label from our customer service team and ship the parcel back to address provided(Please keep the return receipt).
How soon will you receive your exchange?
Once your exchange is received at our warehouse, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the exchange has been processed.
Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date and should be accompanied by the original packing slip with order number. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please allow 10 to 12 business days from the time your return is received for us to process your return. It is recommended to ship all returns back with a tracking number you keep for your records.

Timeline to receive your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank/PayPal account or contact your credit card company, it may take 3 to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Original purchase must be made from www.dunleavyapparel.com to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Incorrect, Defective OR Damage Items:
If we make a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please request an exchange. For any urgent or special requests, send us an email at sales@dunleavyapparel.com with your order number and what the issue is.
Closeout/Clearance merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. All Closeout/Clearance merchandise sales are final.
