Returns and Exchanges
David Dunleavy Apparel wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to return an item, we will gladly exchange or credit any item that has not been washed or worn and is in new and unused condition with original tags and identification stickers. Retuned items that have been washed or worn are NOT eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date and should be accompanied by the original packing slip with order number. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please allow 10 to 12 business days from the time your return is received for us to process your return or exchange. It is recommended to ship all returns back with a tracking number you keep for your records.

Exchanges: Hassle free exchanges available. Ordered the wrong size or need to size up or down? No worries, shoot us at email@example.com with your order number and requested size change. We will gladly exchange any item that is has not been washed or worn and is in new and unused condition with original tags and identification stickers. Exchanges available within 30 days of your invoice date.
Incorrect, Defective OR Damage Items:
If we make a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please request an exchange. For any urgent or special requests, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what the issue is.
Closeout/Clearance merchandise my not be returned or exchanged. All Closeout/Clearance merchandise sales are final.
