The printing process for Short and Long Sleeve Cotton T-shirts has undergone a transformation.
Silk Screened Printing or Simulated Process Printing has been superseded by an advanced printing technology that offers enhanced durability, superior quality, and intricate details. Our new printing technology remains impeccable, showing no signs of cracking or fading even after 80 wash cycles. It is only after the 80th wash that minor cracking began to manifest. In contrast, designs produced through the silk screened printing process typically start to fade and crack after just 40 washes.
Superior Quality
Our innovative printing process is engineered to stretch and rebound without cracking or fading, ensuring longevity of over 80 washes.
Super Vibrant
Our new printing method accommodates an unlimited range of colors, gradients, and fine details that faithfully replicate David Dunleavy’s original artwork.
Safer Print Process
Utilizing eco-friendly water-based inks.
Same Exact Print Every Single Time
This was a significant frustration with Simulated Process Screen Printing; achieving identical prints consistently was a challenge, even with the industry's best. I usually order simulated process t-shirts in batches of 500 pieces, and upon selling out, I reorder to restock. For decades, the challenge was that no one could produce the same design with exactitude until now.
The Difference
The texture is distinct; some may describe it as resembling an iron-on or vinyl decal. However, I can assure you it is not a vinyl decal; it is printed using eco-friendly water-based inks. The texture of the print is indeed different, and my objective is to provide the end user with the most advanced technology available as printing processes have progressed.
The designs are printed with water-based inks, which are more environmentally friendly, and the prints are produced in the USA by top industry professionals who can consistently replicate the appearance of my original artwork every time we restock! I personally underwent a rigorous decision-making process to advance this initiative, as I did not take lightly the responsibility of providing the end user with a superior product designed for longevity.
I remember when we were among the pioneering brands to introduce the dye sublimation printing process to the market, and many considered us foolish for pricing shirts at $50.00. Fast forward to the present day—people appreciate them and understand the value!
